About the Organization Peabody Companies manages more than 14,650 units of residential housing and offers property management, leasing, marketing, facility maintenance, accounting and finance, compliance, quality assurance, and sales and brokerage services across conventional, multi‑family, senior, veteran and supportive housing communities. Position Overview Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Multi‑Site Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of properties in the surrounding areas of Boston, MA. This position is currently accepting applications. Responsibilities The Multi‑Site Manager is responsible for the overall direction of all maintenance and site office staff within their portfolio. Other responsibilities include ensuring each property is properly staffed with skilled personnel, preparing budgets, monitoring compliance within budget constraints, and completing and overseeing processing of all resident certification/recertification forms. Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate has management expertise in resident relations, government housing regulations, budgetary analysis, and staff supervision. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Requirements Knowledgeable with respect to affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally-assisted, and all state and local housing regulations. Time management skills and ability to prioritize. Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident relations skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to take initiative and be self‑motivated. Travel required. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of related property management and supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of RealPage OneSite, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Prior LIHTC experience required.
