Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description Delivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs Providing instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics Conducting hands‑on training and assessments Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology Coordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF‑level logistics C2 doctrine Ensuring instruction aligns with current fleet requirements and integrates MLS2 and related logistics C2 tools Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology Serving as primary subject matter expert (SME) for all logistics C2 systems taught within the course Conducting and evaluating practical exercises replicating real‑world logistics C2 operations Liaising with fleet units, program managers, and Marine Corps Logistics representatives to ensure course content reflects current fielded systems Providing input to manpower planning, billet requirements, and system acquisition efforts as they relate to logistics C2 training

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or formal DoD training Successful completion of a military or commercial basic instructor course such as Marine Corps Center for Learning and Faculty Development (CLFD) "Facilitating Learning Experience Course" (FLEX), CLFD Designing Learning Experience Course (DLEX), Basic Instructor Course (BIC), a college certification course, or an equivalent alternative course 10+ years of experience providing formal Period of Instructions (POIs) and supporting Logistics C2 training events 5+ years of experience providing POI on Logistics C2 software, hardware, systems, and applications Expert level knowledge utilizing and providing PoIs on MLS2 and other USMC Logistics Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining POIs, lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises In‑depth understanding of MAGTF‑level Logistics doctrine Experience analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and operational plans Experience with Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (ISD/SAT‑E) methodologies Understanding of Marine Corps Service Level Training Exercise Program (SLTE‑P) standards and objectives Demonstrated experience with O365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ Possess a current DoD Secret security clearance Desired Skills 5+ years of experience supporting MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) and/or MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Centers (MISTCs) Active duty USMC experience with USMC Logistics C2 systems and equipment Possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification Possess a current Microsoft Office Specialist Master certification Clearance Information SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel Requirements Some About Us Scientific Research Corporation offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, vacation and sick paid time off accruals starting at 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick leave annually, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a work environment that encourages excellence and more.
