Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech - Service Advisor to join our team in Muncie, IN.Schedule: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with scheduled in-home consultations. We take pride in maintaining a fun, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone works together to achieve goals and outstanding efforts are recognized and rewarded.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:As an HVAC Tech - Service Advisor, you will begin each day by preparing for scheduled in-home consultations using company-provided tools such as an iPad and FieldPulse. You will visit homeowners to assess their comfort needs, present HVAC replacement options, and conduct system evaluations during maintenance and service appointments. You will educate clients about system features and energy efficiency, and offer financing options to help them make informed decisions. Representing Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling with integrity and a customer-first approach, you will guide homeowners toward effective solutions and respond to emergency service calls as necessary.HVAC TECH - SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of HVAC experienceComfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to build trust and guide customers through important decisionsValid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving recordProfessional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitudeAre you who we're looking for?
