Beacon Light Behavioral Health System in Armstrong County is seeking a Staff Mentor (Full-Time) to support staff and leadership, train new staff, and reinforce trauma-informed practices. The role includes coaching, morale monitoring, and on-the-job training with SCM and CPR/First Aid instruction.
