Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Wealth Recruiter / Headhunter to identify, engage, and recruit top-performing financial professionals within the wealth management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, Wealth Managers, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and related professionals. This role requires a proactive sourcing approach, relationship-building skills, and the ability to attract high-caliber talent for leading financial institutions and advisory firms. Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and recruit Wealth Management professionals through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Investment Consultants, Private Wealth Bankers, and Portfolio Managers. Conduct candidate screening interviews to evaluate experience, production levels, assets under management (AUM), client portfolios, and career goals. Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and market conditions. Develop targeted recruiting strategies for confidential and executive-level searches. Present qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Negotiate compensation packages, transition packages, and employment terms. Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems. Stay informed on wealth management industry trends, compliance considerations, and competitor hiring activity. Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals. Required Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, or Executive Search. Proven success recruiting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Private Bankers, Investment Advisors, or related professionals. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience utilizing ATS and CRM platforms. Preferred Qualifications Background in Executive Search, Financial Services recruiting, or Wealth Management. Understanding of FINRA registrations, securities licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, 66), and wealth management business models. Established network within the Wealth Management and Private Banking industry.
