This role involves providing comprehensive critical care to patients following complex procedures such as open heart surgery, craniotomies, and lumbar drains, among others. The position is designed to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Job Details Position: RN Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Erie, PA Shift: Nights Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 1 year of ICU experience, certification in BLS and ACLS, experience with Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), post-operative care for open heart surgeries, and neurocritical care including EVD/ICP, Lumbar Drain, and CRRT. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-operative neurosurgery and cardiac critical care is preferred. Additional Information: The candidate must pass RN ICU List B and C skills assessments. Offers require a timely response within 48 hours; once an offer is accepted, time off requests cannot be altered.
