Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare Services Location: Brevard, NC (onsite 5 days per week NOT remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $16/hr (paid weekly) + benefits Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity) Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery What You'll Bring Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with healthcare documentation and insurance processes (preferred) Customer-first mindset and attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and build a career in healthcare support.
