This is a floater role spanning multiple concurrent projects, ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives on producing real design work — not just research. The ideal candidate brings experience from larger, design-forward organizations and is comfortable moving fluidly across varied project types.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign ExecutionProduce hands-on UX/UI design work across multiple concurrent projectsDesign and iterate in Figma, delivering polished, production-ready workBalance creative design thinking with practical, ship-ready deliverablesProject CoverageSupport redesign of the booking experienceDesign UX for an HR chatbot initiativeContribute to a greenfield design system buildFlex across additional web and mobile design needs as they ariseCollaborationPartner with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goalsAdapt quickly across different teams and project contexts as a floating resourceRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on UX/UI design experience (not primarily research-focused)Proficiency in FigmaExperience working across multiple concurrent projects/teamsExperience with larger company environments where strong design standards are keyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing for booking/reservation systemsExperience contributing to or building design systemsExperience with chatbot or conversational UXHospitality, gaming, or large enterprise experienceWhy Join?This is an opportunity to shape multiple high-visibility web and mobile experiences for a premier hospitality brand, with real creative ownership across a variety of projects.
