Product Manager In Global Employee Help And Advisory ProductAs a Product Manager in Global Employee Help and Advisory Product, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are focused on designing and delivering digital led employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will own the product design and execution for critical employee experiences within Human Resources. You will influence product strategy and translate it into tangible, high-quality delivery — working with cross impacted teams such as Technology and Servicing to ensure employees have cohesive experience. You will guide the successful design and launch of product features and enhancements.Job responsibilities:Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapTranslate business goals and employee needs into features and enhancements, partnering closely with technologyOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmapDrive complex technical changes end-to-end, from initial design through development, testing, and production releaseUtilize in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and utilize architects to optimize Employee Help solutions, staying knowledgeable on new features and best practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, design and executionCross-functional partnership and collaboration skills – Comfort building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad set of product and functional partnersStrong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Knowledge of ServiceNow product – HRSD Case Management, Life Cycle Events, Now Assist, AI Agents, Employee journey management a plusStrong familiarity with complex HR processes and servicing models a plus
