Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4 Day Workweek)

Location: Union, NJ, US, 07083 Requisition Number: 226943 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment. Drive a customized company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, and lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts. Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems. Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle. Build rapport with customers by establishing a consistent presence. Build strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. Skills / Qualifications Required Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Before their first day of employment, candidates must: Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED, or military service. A strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team‑oriented environment. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors such as skill set, experience, and performance, and is not adjusted for geographic differentials.
