This full-time, full school-year contract opportunity near San Mateo, CA, welcomes both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or CF) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) who are passionate about student communication and growth. The role primarily supports an elementary caseload, offering the chance to deeply impact young learners’ language development. While specific caseload details are pending, you’ll enjoy the support of a collaborative team environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active California SLP or SLPA license is required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP) or appropriate SLPA credentials
• SLP-CCC, CF, or SLPA—open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, student-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language intervention to students within an elementary school caseload
• Complete individualized assessments and develop IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
• For SLPA candidates: supervision may be provided (pending confirmation)
