Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing manufacturing operations within a shift or group of production lines, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, and cost targets. This role oversees daily operations, manages personnel actions, and ensures efficient use of resources to meet production goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations for assigned shift or production lines.
• Ensure production targets for volume, quality, and cost are consistently met.
• Supervise and lead hourly employees, including personnel actions and daily direction.
• Maintain detailed logs of shift operations.
• Prepare daily timesheets, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
• Inspect products to verify adherence to production specifications.
• Review production schedules and allocate material and manpower resources effectively.
• Assign employees to maximize efficiency and output while maintaining quality standards.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including materials, equipment, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation of production activities.
• Train new employees on operational procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.

3rd Shift Hours: 7pm - 5:30am, Monday - Thursday (overtime based on business needs)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism.
• Proven track record of performance and reliability.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $62,000 - $81,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
