Withum is seeking a Cost Segregation Associate to join our Forensic & Valuation Services team. The Associate can be based at multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Braintree, and other locations, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office per week. You will collaborate with tax professionals, engineers, and real estate specialists to deliver cost segregation studies across diverse real estate assets, developing expertise in engineering-based allocation and depreciation rules. #J-18808-Ljbffr Withum
