Senior Accountant
A full-service real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting functions across multiple business divisions. This is a full-time role reporting directly to executive leadership, ideal for a candidate with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for real estate operations, development, and property management.
What You'll Do
- Manage monthly and year-end reconciliations for assigned properties
- Oversee balance sheet account reconciliations and transaction troubleshooting
- Process agent commissions and assist with insurance claim reviews
- Analyze financials related to profitability, capital expenditures, and budget performance
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Collaborate with the CFO and Accounting Manager on ad hoc projects

What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Lone Wolf or Yardi is a plus
- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred
