About the PositionFamily Planning Services of Lorain County is seeking an experienced bilingual Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive patient care. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities·      Oversee daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and scheduling.

·      Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff.

·      Coordinate patient care and help ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.

·      Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.

·      Monitor staff performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.

·      Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding clinical team members.

·      Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medical record management.

·      Communicate effectively and respectfully with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families.

·      Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and organizational leadership.

·      Respond to patient concerns and help maintain a positive, respectful patient experience.

·      Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

·      Support Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) processes, laboratory logs and maintenance, and pharmacy ordering, as applicable.

Required Qualifications·      Fluency in English and Spanish.

·      Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.

·      Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

·      Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

·      A compassionate, professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications·      Previous clinical leadership or management experience.

·      Experience with the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), laboratory logs, laboratory maintenance, or pharmacy ordering.
