Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry & Transportation Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is responsible for order processing, coordinating transportation logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and carriers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and carriers.
• Provide exceptional customer service through dispatching and order entry.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment attached to a concrete plant, where it can be very busy. You must be comfortable with start times ranging between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and flexibility is important, particularly on busier days or when covering for another dispatcher on PTO. Overtime is regularly available from May through August, with employees typically working 3545 hours per week throughout the year.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jordan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
