Pay Range: $45.12 - $47.38 per hour
Schedule: 36-40 Hours per Week (Rotating Shifts as Needed)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a RN
• Must have current state RN license in TX
• Must have Home Health experience
• Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration
• Competent in venipuncture and IV care
• Ability to develop and initiate bowel and/or bladder training programs
• Experience with wound care, inhalation therapy, phlebotomy, and indwelling catheter maintenance
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
• CHPN certification (Preferred)

As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you will assess and coordinate care for patients of all ages in their residences. Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating Plans of Care, educating patients and families, supervising staff, managing pain, and ensuring documentation compliance. You will serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
