Travel - Registered Nurse (ER Day Shift)

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

RN - MedSurg

Work on an 18-bed Med/Surg unit caring for a variety of patient types including oncology, surgical (bowel surgeries, GU surgeries, CBI), cellulitis, GI bleeds, CHF, overflow, and outpatient infusions

• Day shift patient ratio: 1:4-5; Evening/PM shift patient ratio: 1:6; Overnight shift patient ratio: 1:7-8
• Weekend rotation required; holidays every other
• Preferred charting system experience: Epic; May float within scope of practice to MS2, Cardiac MS2, CCU, and ER Holding, taking only MedSurg level patients
• Unit support includes CNAs, charge nurse with partial assignment, phlebotomy, IV/VAT team (Mondays and Thursdays), RT 24/7, hospitalist 24/7, RRT/Code Blue team, OT/PT/ST on weekdays with limited weekend coverage, and centralized telemetry with tele tech
• RNs will draw from central lines
• traveler will not care for pediatric patients

Weekly pay via direct deposit and accessible payroll support

• Monthly reimbursement for health insurance

• Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
