Position Overview BGS Engineering is looking to hire a first line leader, specifically responsible for leading a team of project managers who deliver F‑15 Support Engineering Data deliverables (Tech Data, Product Support Analysis, Provisioning). The role ensures adherence to technical and product quality standards, integrates internally across all Product Support elements (Pubs, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, SE, etc.), and collaborates externally with business partners, suppliers, and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle support, program/project management, and change management. Position Responsibilities Manages, develops, and motivates employees performing multidisciplinary product support roles. Leads planning and integration activities for MxE programs supporting BDS & BGS USAF Fighter and Trainer Solutions. Applies knowledge of product support disciplines and program management best practices. Develops business objectives; develops internal policies, charters, and plans. Integrates technical design practices, first‑pass quality initiatives and content management/sustainment strategies. Develops and maintains partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Provides technical product support to supplier management for oversight and coordination of supplier activities. Coordinates and directs use of enterprise software for workflow management, technical design/development, quality control and delivery of training products. Ability to work on‑site five days per week. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required. Required Qualifications Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”. Bachelor's degree or higher. 1+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership. Experience leading and organizing deliverables to meet deadlines with minimal direction. 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry. Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods. Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace.
