General Maintenance Worker

Location: BEACON COLLEGE - 10489001 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process. Employment Type: Full‑time Pay Range: $17 per hour - $18.50 per hour University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend. You can search student worker jobs here What You’ll Do Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing. Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance, and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman. Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. What You Bring Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. 2 or more years of related experience. Hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done. Possess a valid driver’s license.
