Candidate Experience Coordinator

Cambridge, MA | Hybrid (2–4 Days Onsite) I'm partnering with a leading biotechnology organisation seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support experience Experience scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars Experience with ATS, CRM, and background check systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, and other scheduling tools Responsibilities Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews Manage interview scheduling and agendas Post and format job descriptions on LinkedIn and job boards Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates Manage background check processes Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Preferred Experience supporting Talent Acquisition teams Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Meet Life Sciences
