Construction Litigation Attorney (Associate & Senior Associate) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Compensation: $145,000 - $200,000 Are you looking to build your career with a highly regarded litigation boutique that handles sophisticated construction disputes? We are seeking both Associate and Senior Associate Construction Litigation Attorneys to join a collaborative, growing team in Atlanta. This opportunity is also ideal for attorneys with commercial or business litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into construction litigation. Responsibilities Handle complex construction and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings. Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations. Attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials as experience permits. Work directly with clients, experts, contractors, developers, and design professionals. Collaborate with experienced litigators on high-profile and challenging disputes. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar membership or ability to become licensed. 2+ years of litigation experience. Experience in construction litigation is preferred. Attorneys with commercial or business litigation experience who want to transition into construction litigation are encouraged to apply. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic market considerations.
