Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation, including experience in motion practice, depositions, and trial. Technology or intellectual property experience (including patent bar) not required, but is a significant plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required. Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice comprises attorneys who regularly handle state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory proceedings for local, national and international clients, as well as federal, state and local agencies. They are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative and regulatory bodies.
