Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Worker in St. Clair Shores, MI, where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to improving the quality of life for others through supportive and attentive care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors and healthcare professionals. Help with mobility and light housekeeping tasks as needed. Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred. Willingness to undergo background checks. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
