Volkswagen of Newnan is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dealership operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate dealership staff to achieve performance goals.
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and maintain operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in dealership management or a related automotive leadership role.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and parts operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and flexible availability to meet dealership needs.
