Strategic Sourcing Manager – Corporate Services
Hybrid | Philadelphia, PA / Jersey City, NJ / Whitehouse Station, NJ
Pay Rate: Up to $87/hr
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (flexible)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead global Corporate Services sourcing initiatives and support enterprise procurement objectives. This role will partner closely with Procurement leadership and internal stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing projects, optimize supplier relationships, reduce costs, mitigate risk, and support business objectives through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing sourcing engagements, contract negotiations, supplier management, and procurement strategy execution within a complex global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, RFP management, vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and contract redlining in collaboration with Legal teams.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing pipelines through supplier consolidation, demand management, competitive bidding, and process improvements.
• Manage high-value sourcing engagements across categories including:
• • Management Consulting
  • Tax & Audit Services
  • Temporary Labor
  • IT & Business Outsourcing
  • Real Estate & Facilities Services
  • Additional Corporate Services categories
• Partner with business stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, project timelines, and negotiation approaches.
• Drive expense reduction and cost optimization initiatives through spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, market research, cost forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate supplier contracts including pricing, service levels, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve vendor-related conflicts effectively.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and sourcing updates for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with executive-level influence.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and PowerPoint presentation development preferred.
