Location: Kodiak, AK
Job Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving the Kodiak community. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about providing individualized patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The clinic follows a true 1:1 treatment model, allowing therapists the autonomy to deliver high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with their patients. You'll work alongside a supportive team where your ideas are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
ScheduleMonday-Friday
Flexible scheduling available (including four 10-hour shifts for the right candidate)
No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy
One-on-one patient care
Appointment times of approximately 45-60 minutes
Patient population ranging from teenagers to older adults
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative team environment.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Alaska licensure.
CPR or BLS certification.
Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to become credentialed with major insurance payers.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
