Shop Helper
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM | Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM

HireCall  is currently seeking a dependable Shop Helper  for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with general shop experience who is looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machines at one time
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet company quality standards
• Read and use precision measuring devices
• Read and accurately use a tape measure
• Grinding and dressing parts
• Perform tool changes and basic machine setups
• Assist with general shop duties as needed
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:

• Previous shop or manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of numeric controls is a plus
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Must be dependable and safety conscious
• Steel toe boots required
• Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment
