Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Core 3

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Rate: $25.00–$45.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (30-minute lunch), with rotational weekend coverage

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Core 3 professional to support our client's production operations in Sheboygan Falls, WI. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and systems to maximize reliability, efficiency, and performance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement equipment improvements that enhance availability, capability, and production yield.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurring equipment problems.
• Follow established engineering standards, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.
• Use maintenance management systems to document and track maintenance activities.
• Work independently with limited supervision while collaborating with production and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced colleagues as needed.
• Participate in rotational weekend coverage to support production operations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience using a CMS system.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and maintenance procedures.
• Availability to work the designated third-shift schedule and rotational weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a technical apprenticeship or associate degree in a related field.
• Journeyman certification or card.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Experience supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  

Contract Details:

• Provided Equipment and PPE: Boot allowance, uniforms, standard safety goggles, and hard hat. Additional standard equipment will be provided as needed.
