Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC)Job SummaryGlobal Auto Mall is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our growing team. The BDC Representative plays a key role in the customer experience by managing inbound and outbound communications, responding to online inquiries, engaging with prospective customers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required.
