Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God's Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point's various media channels.To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. At Turning Point, you will be empowered and equipped to use your unique skills and abilities to glorify God and make an eternal impact while being part of a professional Christian community and relational work environment.Position Summary:The Operations Administrator serves as a key contributor to the operational, production, marketing, and administrative activities that support Turning Point's international outreach. This position manages international television promotional activities, represents the International Department in Marketing meetings, spearheads reporting departmental needs, and assists with special projects while providing administrative support that enables the Director to effectively advance the ministry's global mission.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive administrative support that enables the Director of International to operate efficiently and achieve strategic objectives.Support the Director with special revenue-generating assignments and cross-functional projectsCoordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items as neededPrepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation while ensuring timely routing and completionReportingCoordinate the development of board reports and presentations for the ministry's international affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United KingdomReceive and process regular reports from partnersManage International English-language Radio and Television Promotional ActivitiesPlan, manage, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television promos in international marketsPlan, maintain, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television programming outside the United StatesAdvance the effectiveness of Turning Point's international outreachFoster collaboration between International, Marketing, and Creative Services by coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives that support the execution of ministry objectivesAssist in tracking promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of international marketing and broadcast initiatives.Core Competencies:Spiritual Leadership: Demonstrates a Christ-centered approach to work and relationships.Teamwork: Builds positive and supportive relationships within the ministry, including employees, partners, and the community.Integrity: Maintains a high standard of ethical and moral conduct.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred)Minimum 5 years' experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian MinistryFamiliarity with international broadcast/media landscape a plusHighly developed interpersonal skills, superior communications skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgmentSelf-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independentlyIncredible attention to detailProficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plusAbility to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departmentsWorking for Turning Point – What to Expect:Turning Point for God is committed to creating a dynamic culture that reflects our traditional Christian values and supports our employees' God-given and unique abilities and skills. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
