Project Controls Engineer / Scheduler (Multiple Roles - All Levels)

Jois Construction Management is hiring Project Controls/Scheduling professionals at all levels! We are looking to add talent across the full project controls spectrum — from early-career project controls engineers and schedulers to senior schedulers, project controls leads, and experienced project controls professionals who can build and grow an industry-leading Project Controls department! A strong foundation in CPM scheduling theory & practice and schedule development & analysis is a must, as is excellent, hands‑on experience with Oracle Primavera P6. Other relevant experience may include: project controls for design and construction programs cost controls, progress reporting, change management, and claims/delay support coordination with owners, designers, contractors, and construction management teams understanding of construction methods, standards, and sequencing civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, transportation, rail, transit, aviation, utility, or public infrastructure experience Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), EPPM, Power BI, dashboards, and project reporting tools (preferred) Program- and enterprise-level master scheduling and reporting Experience on large, complex capital programs is especially relevant. Railroad or transit experience is a plus, but not required. Degrees in engineering, architecture, construction management, transportation, project management, or related fields are preferred. PSP, PMP, or similar certifications are also valued, but not required.
