Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, locations, and roadside assistance availability.
- Record customer requests and details accurately in the company's system.
- Coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
Schedule Requirements
- 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday; 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Skills / Education / Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.
