Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, primarily in the construction and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing small to mid-market accounts, with a focus on renewals, marketing, and new business development. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Equipment: Provided for remote employees Responsibilities Manage a book of business generating $1.2M in revenue, with account premiums ranging from $25K to $250K. Handle renewals, marketing, and new business development for small to mid-market accounts. Quote new and renewal business as required. Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain organized and efficient workflows to meet client needs and deadlines. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, preferably with experience in construction or healthcare accounts. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
