Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) - Full-Time Opportunity ($1,000 Signing Bonus)

RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) supporting a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking for a consistent weekday schedule and a supportive environment.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $30.00-$32.00/hour (based on experience)
Travel: Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement
Contract Length: 13-week initial contract (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily food service operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to support nutrition programs and resident care
Manage inventory, ordering, and departmental budgets
Ensure menus are maintained and compliant with policies and regulations
Supervise dietary staff, including scheduling and training
Conduct routine kitchen and sanitation inspections
Participate in facility committees (QA, Infection Control, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
