What we are looking for: indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full‑time Barista to join our Porsche North Houston team. This is what we offer: Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Comprehensive insurance plans – medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account Unlimited professional training opportunities Paid vacation days, sick days, and holidays Opportunity for advancement in a growing company Brand new, state‑of‑the‑art facilities and equipment Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Craft exceptionally delicious and beautiful beverages for our customers Support the continued growth and enhancement of the Porsche North Houston coffee program Assist with implementing and maintaining a local roaster rotation to bring fresh, high‑quality offerings to our guests Suggest creative ways to elevate the coffee bar experience through seasonal beverages, product offerings, partnerships, and special activations Collaborate on coffee‑focused experiences and events, including Cars & Coffee, client appreciation moments, and other dealership hospitality initiatives Help identify opportunities to improve the coffee bar while staying mindful of budget, inventory, and operational needs Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service Actively create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items Maintain a polished, organized, and elevated coffee bar that reflects the Porsche North Houston guest experience The opportunity is for you if you have: A friendly and inviting presence, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers Understanding on how to create and maintain customer satisfaction through focusing on quality and taking pride in your work The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Previous customer service experience preferred Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check Pay for this role is: $20.00 per hour This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
