HR ManagerPrineville, ORPrideStaff, Central Oregon's Professional Recruiting firm is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for our client to lead the people function at a manufacturing facility. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will shape the employee experience, strengthen engagement and retention, and ensure HR programs support both employees and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Partner with plant leadership to develop people strategies that improve engagement, retention, recognition, inclusion, and talent development.Lead the site HR function and coach HR team members to deliver consistent, high-quality support.Advise leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, employment practices, and workforce decisions.Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits and compensation administration, HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping processes.Implement HR policies and procedures while supporting compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.Analyze workforce metrics and coach leaders on expectations, feedback, recognition, and performance improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certification preferred.Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years in an HR leadership role.Strong knowledge of employment practices, employee relations, investigations, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and communicate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.Experience with HRIS, payroll or timekeeping systems, workforce data, Microsoft Word, and Excel.Ability to work onsite in a non-temperature-controlled facility and meet the role's physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
