Senior Instructional Designer

This role involves coordinating curriculum development projects, ensuring accessibility standards, creating instructional content, conducting quality reviews, leading faculty workshops, and consulting on instructional technology to incorporate innovative e-learning practices. Highlights Design, develop, and implement online courses in collaboration with faculty and staff. Coordinate course planning, scheduling, and delivery for curriculum development projects. Ensure all course materials comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG. Create instructional content including interactive media elements and conduct quality reviews. Lead workshops on online teaching practices and provide consultation on instructional technology. Stay current with trends in e-learning, accessibility standards, and pedagogy. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in online course or e-learning content design in higher education. Required skills involve expertise in learning management systems, accessibility standards, instructional design principles, digital content creation tools, and project management. Desired qualifications include a master’s degree, extensive experience with online course development, knowledge of ADA standards, and experience delivering faculty professional development.
