Pay: $20.00 - ... per hour Job description: Job Title: Professional Cleaner Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Professional Cleaner to join our team. We send jobs based on your availability. You show up, do great work, and get paid. We value cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and show up consistently. We treat our cleaners with respect and aim to build long-term working relationships. Serving Beachwood, South Euclid, Pepper Pike, Solon, and surrounding areas. Pay: Expected earnings ~$25–$35/hr depending on job size and efficiency. You keep 100% of tips. Higher earning potential on larger jobs. Responsibilities:
- Clean residential/commercial spaces to client standards
- Perform tasks like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- Communicate with clients and report any issues
- 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Ability to legally work in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and tools
- Reliable transportation and good time management
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Smartphone with data (for photos and app use, including before/after pictures via BookingKoala)
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must be responsive and communicate clearly
- Must be consistent and detail-oriented
- Flexible scheduling
