Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Arizona required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Ability to maintain thorough, organized documentation and comply with school and state protocols

Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Provide direct therapy services, focusing on both individual and group interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive the best possible support
• Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain clear, accurate records
• Offer consultation and resources to staff and families to facilitate generalization of communication skills throughout students’ school lives
