Position Summary

The Partner and Senior Partner Career Track is designed for experienced Wealth Advisors who desire to play a greater leadership role in the continued growth and development of Goud Steward Advisors.

Primary Responsibilities

· Continue building and serving a successful wealth management practice.

· Demonstrate leadership consistent with the firm's mission, vision, and values.

· Mentor and develop Associate Wealth Advisors and Wealth Advisors.

· Assist with advisor recruiting and professional development initiatives.

· Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth.

· Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the firm.

· Support community engagement and represent the firm professionally within the communities we serve.

· Encourage a culture of stewardship, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

· Maintain the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility.

· Help strengthen the long-term value and sustainability of Goud Steward Advisors.

· Demonstrated success as a Wealth Advisor.

· A commitment to comprehensive financial planning.

· Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

· High ethical standards and professional integrity.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· An entrepreneurial mindset.

· A collaborative leadership style.

· A desire to contribute beyond individual production.

Preferred Qualifications

· CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA®, ChFC®, CFA®, or other advanced professional designations.

· Experience mentoring advisors or leading teams.

· Business development and recruiting experience.

· Community leadership experience.

· Experience building or managing a successful advisory practice.
