Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain professional standards, and coordinate patient care activities to deliver quality services. Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with healthcare team, uphold practice standards, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
