RN - PICCJoin our specialized IV Team and provide expert vascular access care for patients with complex or difficult access needs. Complete sterile dressing changes, port access/deaccess, and phlebotomy for difficult venous access patients. Assess vascular access needs and recommend appropriate device selection. Collaborate with physicians and bedside nurses to support optimal patient care. Troubleshoot line-related issues and promote best practices in vascular access.Strong clinical experience with aseptic technique, vascular anatomy, and infection-prevention standards.
