Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/31/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel About the Opportunity We are seeking a Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist (PT) to join a quality-driven SNF focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for short‑term rehab and long‑term care patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care , interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful functional outcomes. New Grad PTs welcome with mentorship available.
