Our client, a growing national supplier within the healthcare and surgical products industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join their operations team.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and respond to incoming vendor inventory opportunities
\n
• Acknowledge and process new submissions within established response-time expectations
\n
• Track ownership, progress, and status of active purchasing opportunities
\n
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
\n
• Manage spreadsheets, update records, and perform data cleanup as needed
\n
• Ensure opportunities move efficiently through the review and purchasing process
\n
• Escalate unusual requests, discrepancies, or questions when appropriate
\n
• Help maintain organized workflows and prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks
\n

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong written communication and follow-up skills
\n
• Self-motivated and process-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
\n
• Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP is a plus

• Comfortable handling high volumes of information and maintaining accuracy
\n
• Purchasing, inventory, logistics, operations, or related experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
