NAICA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Transitional Housing Program in the New York City area. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across health, fire safety, and security standards. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations/Security to meet contractual obligations, conduct audits, and report on occupancy and incidents.
