Pay : Starting at $52,000 annually
Location : Durango, CO

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.

• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, audience targeting, offers, promotions, and deployment schedules.

• Support inventory, incentive, event, retention, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Recommend campaign improvements based on performance and business objectives.

Email Marketing

• Own the email marketing calendar and campaign execution process.

• Build, schedule, test, deploy, and monitor email marketing campaigns.

• Build targeted customer audiences and segments to support campaign performance and customer engagement.

Paid Social Advertising

• Create, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. 

• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies to support lead generation and campaign performance.

• Assist with campaign budgeting and performance evaluation. 

Reputation Management

• Monitor and respond to online reviews across dealership and business unit platforms.

• Coordinate with department leaders regarding customer feedback and service recovery

opportunities.

What You Bring

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, email marketing, paid social advertising, or related marketing disciplines. 

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, and customer targeting strategies.

• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and campaign performance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using AI-powered platforms or customer data platforms as part of daily marketing responsibilities.

• Located in Durango, Colorado

Desired Qualities

• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Uses data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions. 

• Strong campaign execution and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and business units.

• Ability to adapt and work across multiple brands and business units.

• Comfortable making recommendations and taking ownership of projects.
