Diehl Collision has a position open for a Collision Center Manager at our Washington collision center. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with great pay, fantastic benefits and a comfortable and fun work atmosphere. Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control
• Meeting and exceeding DRP objectives
• Manage estimators, csr, and techs
• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Manage Open ROs
• Maintain proper amount of work in process
• Set and meet monthly top line sales goals
• Update customers on the process of their repair
• Review final product with customer
• Handle any customer complaints
• Manage team including recruiting, hiring and termination
• Work together with the sales, parts and service departments
• Maintain a clean work environment including a clean shop and tools
• Minimize and track any waste, including rework
• Maintain proper KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet and Material
• Expected to have $170,000 - $200,000 monthly sales

Requirements:

• Two years management experience, but will train the right candidate with solid estimating experience
• PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License
• Some experience with CCC One
