Join us.ATI is seeking to hire a Maintenance Leader to support electrical maintenance functions for our Specialty Rolled Products facility in Washington, PA.This position will play a key role in a reliability centered maintenance organization. Duties will include the direct supervision of hourly employees, planning maintenance work around production schedules.Essential FunctionsIdentifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors,Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization.Proactive with company safety initiatives#LI-EL1Job RequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in technical or engineering field OR; 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing settingPreferred Qualifications3 years leading an hourly union workforce is preferred Electrical maintenance supervision is preferred SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPossess technical knowledge of maintenance and operations functions. Ability to effectively lead, train, motivate and direct maintenance employees. Capable of identifying problems and offering solutions. Consistently operate within the budget constraints of organization unitDemonstrate the ability to manage priorities and work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
