Control Panel Wiring Technician Daylight ShiftTOPS Staffing is hiring Control Panel Wiring Technicians for a growing manufacturer in the Bridgeville, PA area. We are seeking both experienced control panel builders and entry-level electrical graduates looking to start a career in industrial controls.Open Positions:Senior Wiring Technician $24.00-$27.00/hour: 2+ years of control panel wiring experience preferred. Associate degree is a plus but not required.Junior Wiring Technician $20.00-$23.00/hour: Associate degree in Electrical Technology with limited or no work experience encouraged to apply. Candidates without an associate's degree but 1 to 2 years of panel wiring experience in a manufacturing setting encouraged to apply.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMResponsibilities:Build and wire industrial control panels from electrical schematicsPerform point-to-point wiringInstall electrical components including relays, breakers, terminal blocks, and control devicesRoute and terminate wiringDrill, cut, and modify panel enclosures as neededUse hand and power tools to complete panel assemblyVerify wiring accuracy and ensure quality standards are metQualifications:Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagramsKnowledge of wire color codes and electrical assembly practicesStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and produce quality workWhy Apply?Stable Monday-Friday daylight scheduleClean manufacturing environmentGrowing company with long-term career opportunitiesExcellent opportunity for both experienced panel builders and recent technical school graduatesTOPS Staffing is actively interviewing.
